BUSHWICK’S REIGNING QUEEN OF SOUP, sARAH KHOSHABA
Sarah Khoshaba, the leading lady behind Soup Queen BK, started selling soups through her Instagram account during the start of the pandemic lockdowns.
“I started Soup Queen BK because every week I would make a big batch of soup for friends and would always have it in my fridge — it was a staple for me. So, the business grew from there.”
Now Khoshaba has opened her first brick-and-mortar location on Seneca Ave called Gunther’s (named after her beloved dog) where she serves hearty sandwiches, breakfast items, soups and café and bar snacks.
